Sometimes, we can feel stressed.

We can feel a little worried, sad, scared, or just not the best.

Sometimes, it can feel like our stomach is filled with butterflies.

We can get a little angry or maybe want to cry.

It can make us feel like our heads are in the clouds,

Or maybe we want to avoid people or crowds.

Stress can feel like a lot of things,

It is all a part of what life brings.

Some stress is good and helps us grow,

We can solve it by going with the flow.

Some stress is big and other is small,

Sometimes we have a little bit of it all.

It is important to deal with stress no matter the size,

This might include talking to someone wise.

 

What can you do to feel better?

Go out and play depending on weather,

Take a break and time for yourself,

Tidy, clean up, and put things away on the shelf,

Talk with a trusted loved one,

Watch a movie and have some fun.
