It is good to take care of yourself and practice self-care, but what does this mean, anyway? Well, self-care means taking time to do things that keep you healthy! It is taking time to take care of yourself. Self-care is healthy activities that take care of your body, brain, and emotions!

Self-care can help you deal with life’s challenges. It can help you be the best you. There are many things you can do to practice self-care. It could be brushing your teeth, eating healthy, getting active, playing a game, taking a break, or reading your favourite book.
