Bullying

What Is Bullying?

Bullying is when someone is mean, cruel, or hurtful to you:

  • Over and over
  • On purpose (they mean to hurt you)
  • You have tried to say no or stop it and they won’t listen to you

Who Does Bullying Involve?

The person who is targeted by the bullying behaviour.

The person who is bullying.

The person who witnesses the bullying.

If this is happening to you, ask a trusted adult for help. This is an unhealthy relationship.
